I doubt anyone will see this considering i've neglected this blog for ages. But I was bored and its 2am on a Monday. Go figure.
Firstly, Happy Birthday to Amanda and Sweei! Hope you girls have a great day and a bloody awesome year ahead!
I haven't had anything to truly celebrate since my birthday bash was over, till this weekend. About a week ago we discovered that ZM radio had Ministry of Sound sessions for about 4 hours every Friday and Sat night afterwhich the radio channel starts playing mainstream remixed crap and RnB again. We're talking MoS here, most probably the BEST clubbing brand known to man (heck they even bought over Hed Kandi), on lil' ol' insignificant PALMERSTON NORTH radio. Stoking all weekend over the fact that we had music to listen to while getting absolutely smashed over a huge 12 pack of Sol, we started looking for MoS's official Clubber Guide compilations, thirsting for better quality.
We didn't find any Clubber Guide Compilations... but we found something probably even better.... MoS Progression 2008, a 2 disk compilation, with everything from Eric Prydz to Fragma to Delerium, about 2-3 hours worth of GODLIKE brit prog/house/trance.
Criminal ammounts of Sol (real Mexican beer, none of that Corona bullshit), good mates, a Wharfedale stereo system loud enough to cause a minor earthquake, and the BEST music on the planet....
Best. Weekend. Ever.
Just a sample for you folks at home, here's the official video of the new remix of Toca's Miracle by Fragma. There's only one way you'd be able to make such an awesome track even better, and thats by making a video like this. ;)
Toca Me!!!
